When you sign up for a lead magnet or free resource:

    • To provide coaching services as agreed (including via WhatsApp).
    • To manage our client contract (via our CRM/Digital Signing tools).
  • For our Legitimate Interest (Business Operations & Marketing):
    • To send you newsletters, marketing emails, or updates about our services. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.
    • To analyze our website traffic and improve our funnels.
  • To Comply with a Legal Obligation (Law):
    • To maintain records for our financial and tax administration (e.g., invoicing records).
  • With Your Explicit Consent (Consent):
    • For the use of specific tracking cookies and pixels for marketing (e.g., Meta/Facebook & TikTok pixels).

4. Data Retention

We do not keep your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

  • Fiscal Data: We retain invoice and payment data for 7 years to comply with Dutch tax obligations.
  • Marketing Data: We retain your email and contact info until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
